Instructions:
Press ‘MIN’ or ‘SEC’ button for desired countdown time, or hold down for rapid increase.
Press ‘START / STOP’ to start counting down.
To pause the timing cycle, press ‘START / STOP’.
To restart timer, press ‘START / STOP’.
Press ‘ START / STOP’ to stop alarm sound.
Press ‘MIN’ and ‘SEC’ simultaneously to reset the digits to 00 MIN: 00 SEC.
